Thomas G. Hollis, Ed.D
Tom Hollis is a licensed psychologist in private practice at Savannah Psychotherapy Center. He practiced at Tidelands Community Mental Health Center for 16 years when he first moved to Savannah in 1979. He grew up in Laurinburg, North Carolina and received his bachelor’s degree from Catawba College; his master’s degree from the University of Dayton; and his doctoral degree from the University of Tennessee. He met his wife Betsy while in college, and they have two adult children. Betsy is a Spanish teacher at Marshpoint Elementary School. Tom and Betsy were confirmed as Episcopalians by the Rt. Rev. John M. Krumm at Christ Church in Dayton, Ohio in 1974. They have been members of our parish since 1979. Tom is a member and past president of The Rotary Club of Savannah East. He has taught Sunday school, and he and Betsy have been long-time members of the Christ Church choir.
