Becky Cheatham was born and raised in Sylvester, Georgia, the Peanut Capital of the World.  She joined Christ Church in 1977.  Becky has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech pathology from the University of Georgia and currently serves as the Director of Development for the Savannah Country Day School.  Becky has two grown daughters; her recently deceased husband, Frank, was a judge in the Superior Court of Chatham County.  She is on the board of the Voices For Georgia’s Children, and in 2009, Becky was elected to serve chairman of the Standing Committee on Constitution and Canons for the Diocese of Georgia.  In addition to serving on the Vestry, Becky is chair of our Membership Committee.
