Mimi S. Jones is a native of Savannah and attended Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia, the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.  She also received a Education for Ministry certificate from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee.  She is married to Jack M. Jones, Jr., and they have three grown children and nine grandchildren.  Mimi has been a member of Christ Church since 1960 and has served on the altar guild, the vestry, the ECW board, and the Emmaus House committee.  She is a member of the Trustees’ Garden Club and the Junior League of Savannah.   She is a former chairman of the Christ Church / Historic Savannah Foundation Tour of Homes and Gardens, a former board member of the Community Healthcare Center, and a former volunteer for both  Hospice Savannah and the Savannah Music Festival.
